If you prefer to mail in your application, please include:

​

• A signed copy of the application and rules

• A check made out to Artisan Faire at Salishan LLC:

  • Returning vendors: $100.00 ($15 application fee, $50 membership fee, and $35 first day booth fee)

  • New vendors: $15 application fee only

• Vendor's Health Department license if applicable

• Copy of Vendor's Liability Insurance where required by law

Applications received after April 1st deadline will be reviewed for possible openings if they should occur. If your application is received by the April 1st deadline, we will get back to you by April 10 about your status.
